Let me join those fortunate souls
Who’ve been touched by Mahaprabhu’s mercy patrol
Mrdanga and kartalas along with singing and dancing mix in a masala that reaches the spiritual sky
And the reason for their overflowing mirth is a lion in the zodiac and the moment of birth means a blue ribbon personality has appeared here on earth
Full rose leis today. “Giridhari’s is extra long today!” the maker told me, “last time I made it a little short so today he said he wanted it longer!” Reminding everyone that it’s not how long it’s made but how it is made long and this one has full roses and petals arranged in a starry pattern with colors arranged to tranquilize your mind.
Past the construction and through the woods to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa I go bowing my head and peadaling away to the southland and beyond. There’s a lumberyard, a bus stop a coffee shop and then Mahamuni’s post box I spy. Hoorah for the lumber, hoorah for the mail, hoorah for the gecko says i. We climb the snob hill and go on to the opal cliff where the joggers are in the majority today. The gecko and I spin by to the harbor where the boats are still out. Around the corner the school is in session and the students are watching us sprint to the reviewing stand. The cruiser king joins in to see us to Ms Gault and avoid the triangle. Looking at the clock I notice that I’m late so I take my leave in a feverish sprint and slide in just under the tag of the sandhya after respecting the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and leading the kalarupa all the way to the asrama.
The nights are staying warm and this evening Guru-gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari are going out dancing under the stars in their Prahad-a-dad night dress featuring Gandharvika’s pleated skirt.

i'm so very sorry Prabhu, but the pattern that you gave me and the outfit you were hoping for just aren't the same.
But the seamstress will pull it all together,
she's got the tools to make it right
an effulgence for Giridhari and crowns for all three complete the scene the way the tailor just couldn't dream
leis of marigolds and roses happen once again
on the Janmastami day has come and the curtain is going to rise on time
no one will be the wise unless they knew ahead of time.
i fold my palms to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and start to the main road. Turning to the wharf then the opal cliff where the pedalers out number sufferers today. The harbor has the sail boats all in their places. The gecko and i are sprinting by the school on the way to the reviewing stand when a fire truck comes upon us so we hop onto the pavement. At the reviewing stand the cruiser king gives us a smile. We go on to the redone road then pass the tennis park. At the go light the gecko takes leave and i sprint to the sandhya. A couple of folks go by on their beast and i miss the next light. Going left through the parking lot i come upon an elderly couple that can't drive their beast any faster than i'm pedaling so i pass them to make the go light and the sandhya on time.
It's a world of names and each and every town or team has one. Radhadesa is where the ganga doesn't flow and this dress, with it's heavenly cloud shade, is called baby blue.

I didn’t plan it this way,
The bumblebee outfit on the day the honey was harvested
This makes it quite clear someone higher is directing things here
Hrdesu arjuna tis tathi
Thousands of clues I’ve missed, ‘till gurudeva came I was biind
But his mercy’s so kind
This makes it quite clear someone higher is directing things here
Hrdesu arjuna tis tathi
Marigold and rose leis that swing in their divine play
The ratha-bhojana-vrksa is watching as I bow my head while I pass. I meet the gecko on the main road and we sprint all the way to the shop. A couple of cruisers keep to the side while we pass and an e-biker thinks he can keep up. We greet the leaping monque and salute om paramahamsa thakura at his kutir. The blue whale is surprised to see us so soon again. The sufferer thakura in his plastic lei smiles on all who come there to end this sentence underlined with green. We sprint back to the west cliff and through the town. The gecko has to take leave at the shop and I need to continue at the pace to make the sandhya. I fold my palms quickly to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and let the kalarupa pace me to the asrama where the sank is blowing.
And in the ninth, Guru-gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari take rest in an outfit honoring the appearance of srila guru maharaja. The dance all night waiting for the mangala arati.

The boat of Gurudeva’s mercy is taking us back home
To the dedication land
But you have to die, as you are to live in that plane of consciousness
Good bye to all the prospect we’ve known and all the plans we’ve trusted by gurudeva’s grace all our accounts will be adjusted
The boat of Gurudeva’s mercy is taking us back home
And from there we’ll never stray
Roses, marigolds, red flowers with eyes, and zinnias make the leis along with a couple of bubble gum flowers for Mahaprabhu.
Palms folded to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa meeting the gecko in the southland off to the lion’s park. We turn from the snob hill and go up the florist hill. The opal cliff has a pair of couples pedaling in front of us but they naturally aren’t up to our pace. Around to the big road then the soccer pitch. The gecko has to take leave at the wharf road and I continue to the long and winding. The ratha-bhojana-vrksa sees my head bow as I pass and pick up the kalarupa to the sandya where I blow my horn to remind everyone the ceremony has begun.
As the day winds down Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari dress in their Hiranyakasipu dress gold for the soft bed decorated with aromatic flowers.

The rsis say he’s a dancing actor, carefree with a blue flower in his hair over his left ear
Who could you tell and who would believe that he’s supremely in control?
A smooth dancing actor? I think I’ll let that sweet illusion flow.
Leis of roses, marigolds, and dalias on their dark and fair forms swayed while they danced and the devotees had kirtan
Bowing to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa I take the left at the main road. Mahamuni’s post box needs to be emptied. The gecko is waiting for me there and we take off to the snob hill. Opal cliff has sufferers, joggers and pickpockets all along the way. Between the lakes people are enjoying on the beach but the gecko and I are sprinting up to the harbor where the sailboats are on the bay. The natasala is getting ready for it first performances in a couple of months next week. The shop is still open as we pass on to Saint Dagwood’s park. Off in the distance there’s a kirtan going on so we follow the sound. We fold our palms as we pass and the devotees cheer. One of their watches tells me it’s time to sprint for the sandhya. So I take my leave and head back past the whaler’s and the florist’s around the southland and then the long and winding where the ratha-bhojana-vrksa waits for my respect. The kalarupa whips me into form to make the sandhya wonder how I’m so in with time.
The rsis say he’s a smooth dancing actor carefree with a blue flower in his hair over his left ear
Who could you tell and who would believe that he’s supremely in control? In the evening I come to help them into their deep within the far off jungle night dress so they can take themselves off to bed.

Inspired by years ago, days of old when magic ruled the air
Times of dragons, unicorns, leprechauns and kings and queens the rainbows all had pots of gold and their colors are all in this outfit. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet, Giridhari's chodder Gandharvika's skirt and veil. Mahaprabhu's dhoti and kirta are spreading the colors everywhere. Peacock effulgence above their heads wonderful things the devotees all said..
The gecko awaited in the village today. So I bowed to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and said good-bye. We traced the route from one wharf to the other. We went a bit farther to take darsana of the sufferer thakur. We sprint to the great blue whales and turn to the navapatra. Om paramahamsa thakura is somewhere between his kutir and the asrama.
So we pass by the lone mountain man who once again sits waiting for the others to perform with. The monque is jumping and so we circle the trader's and then the shop where the gecko must take leave and I must sprint to the long and winding and respect the ratha-bhojana-vrksa. Without the kalarupa to pace me I wouldn't make the sandhya.
With Giridhari in an orange dhoti this evening we cannot but know that he is a brahmacari. And with that the water of the river Yamuna parted and the devotees crossed over. The nights are so warm that they can't but go out for dancing under the stars.

Guess what Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari are wearing today
A posse of colors that had been away
Goes to show that there here to stay
I still think that they're their favorite colors
The aruna hara posse rides again
The crystal beads on Giridhari's chodder and coat make such a musical sound I mean it's topmost
“To see them dressed like this is such a thrill,” exclaimed one our folks from down at the singing cowherd boy's salad bar and grill “their darsana gives me a chill”
The aruna hara posse rides again!
Pedaling away with a rangale of deer escorting me to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa to fold my palms. I take a right on the main road and pedal past the clank of the aluminum bat park, the whalers and the post office to meet the gecko. Together we pass the jumping monque and salute the sufferer thakura. Spinning on to Seymour's museum we also see the great blue whale. We head back and view the spinner's church. As we cross the bridge and look down we see a lone mountain man sitting waiting for someone to perform with. We circle the trader's and speed up to the shop where the gecko has to take leave. I take Ms. Gault's way around the treacherous triangle. There are between thirty and fifty sailboats on the bay today. Sufferers change on the opal cliff. The wharf road takes me to the long and winding and the ratha-bhojana-vrksa's branches sway as I bow my head. The kalarupa takes me back up. We get into a curve and I'm blinded by the light of a beast, truth and right and wipe out in the night and loose direction. From the beast I hear someone ask, “Are you alright? Do you need to be driven anywhere?” But I spin my wheels and say, “I can make it”
On this hot September night Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari dress in their Lotus Nails dress and slip out to engage in their night pastimes.

On the birthday of SGM who gave us the service of the three
Nila, Aruna, and Syama LIVE in the arena of pure consciousness
We were more than one hundred strong
And everyone was making something for the celebration.
By his throwing potency I saw all our material desires turning into cakora birds above the mandir
Rose leis today with some petals just to “emphasize” with the flowes.
Respecting the ratha-bhojana-vrksa the gecko and I sprint like we are the biggest thieves in all the village. Through the harbor where many folks are trying to save some money by pedaling to work rather than riding their beasts. Around the famous corner to the reviewing stand. The cruiser king guides me through the treatchours triangle and as soon as we’re through he takes leave. I speed to the around the opal cliff and the soccer pitch to the wharf road. The long and winding welcomes me back and I offer more respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and take the company of the kalarupa to the sandhya where everyone is in as the ceremony begins.
“Look! That horse is hot pink!” “Yes, that’s one of the horses of a different color you’ve heard people talk about” “And isn’t that Vamsi dasa babaji riding on it?” “Argh, Prabhu, ye be chanting the holy name!” he’s talking like a pirate too. Hmmm. Tonight’s dress was offered for Radhastami that just happened to fall on talk like a pirate day.

This outfit revealed itself in Vrndavana
What a lovely outfit it is
This outfit revealed itself in Vrndavana
Simply wonderful because all of the pieces
Were already in order
All the seamstress needed was to sew it together
Trimmed and embroidered with peacock feathers
Marigold rose leis light hanging round their necks
Following each step of their dance
Everyone cheered when the curtain was opened
They became part of the scene, feeling prema
Respecting the ratha-bhojana-vrksa darting along the main road the gecko and I see the usurped throne of King Midas and wonder. The whaler has reached a lull so he turned his hose on the lawn. A post office comes along on the left and we go to deposit a letter then carefully bob and weave through the triangle. At the shop the gecko has to take an early leave so I continue to the corner and pass the reviewing stand. I take the help of Ms. Gault to get around the triangle this time. I go through the harbor with an ebike on my wheel but I stay ahead by simply pedaling. Between the lakes folks are playing volleyball. I continue though since the sandhya is rapidly approaching. The whistle of the referee pierces the air while I pass the soccer pitch. The wharf road leads me to the long and winding where the rath-bhojana-vrksa stands to watch my palms fold. The kalarupa helps me to skeedadal back to the asrama and avoid a close play.
This evening the sky is cloud free so we listen to the flute song it tells us where to meet the service schedule. They call this outfit baby blue.

There have been three mahabhagavats come to preach here in the west
They’ve all expressed in order to live in their plane of consciousness
You as you are must die.
They’ve planted the seed from Goloka dham and taught how to become the divya mauli.
They taught to water the seed with the rains of their mercy so it could grow up straight and tall.
And this dress was offered on the appearance day of the leader of these three who said dietolive.
The leis of leaves, roses and gerber daisies fit precisely on the contours of their forms.
The gecko and I take off after folding palms to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and take the main road all the way past the natural bridge near om paramahamsa thakura’s kutir. The sufferer thakura has three leis on today. Circumambulating the spinner’s church and bhakta blade’s. Going over the railroad bridge where a father and son have stopped pedaling to watch the mountain men loop de loop. The leaping monque has returned and greets us as we pass. Circling the traders back to the main road and at the corner I make the left and the gecko takes his leave. I pass the reviewing stand and on to the dog wash. At the harbor sail boats are out. i keep a straight course to the main road once again. At the go light I take the left on to the long and winding to offer respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and be ferried by the kalarupa to the sandhya.
And when Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari’s holy names descend and dance on the tongues of the sincere seekers that’s the touch that kills.

If the full moon over Nadia looks as white as a rabbit and it makes you feel like dancing but no one else understands why
Explain that an incarnation of a thousand headed serpent has called the Lord down from the spiritual sky
Patita pavana Gaurahari ki jaya
The florists call these “garden flowers’ the leis maker told me today. “I couldn’t pick enough so I have to stretch them with grapes, cherries and basil leaves
From the asrama to offer respect to the rahta-bhojana-vrksa left onto the main road. At the coffee shop I take a left and begin the trek to the land where the spirits fly. Up ahead I meet the gecko. His jersey has his name emblazed across the back. I huff and puff my way through the next little while. It seems to go by so fast it doesn’t take anything out of me. At the famous log truck sign we get our strength back and begin sprinting. At the old highway we pick up speed steadily passing through sri pada puri then around to an opening in a chain link fence where the hills go down so steep that we get off and walk. As the trail levels we re-mount and go on down the boulevard to the shark tank. Taking a right when we can we dodge the lights and beasts to the home of Mahaprabhu.
Meanwhile back at the seva asrama bhakta blade and I help Guru-Gauranga Gandharvkika-Giridhari into their night dress. It’s a chilly night so they are staying in or so it seems. Then to their soft bed of fragrent flowers.

As I went to the Seva Asrama to present myself before the Lord
I was standing next to Candan the Magnificent and he was in rare form
“Look at that dress! It reminds me of a bowl of ice cream, my favorite flavor lime green sherbet!”
And I was thinking I didn’t know what to say
But by listening to the gentle vaisnavas something is always revealed.
Leis of roses and various wild flowers make the scene complete
We’re off to the southland the gecko and I then to the village. Along the road of the honky-tonks and bars to the harbor where ol toffee nose is writing with his green pen and crying out his entire vocabulary, ‘fragment’. He knows no other word.
Coming into town the electricity is out, there’s been a slaughter here. So the gecko takes his leave to tend to his shop and I sit under the stars till it’s restored. Circling the trader’s I make it back to the dog wash and on to the house that taught choc-o-lot to talk-a-lot. From there it’s the redone road. Between the lakes beasts are all over and trumpeting as they give us pedalers fits. Back to the wharf road and the long and winding. A committee of deer meets the kalarupa and I on our return.
The nights are getting chilly but just warm enough for Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari to chase down their pastimes under the stars.

Y’all know ‘bout my midnight birthday
My brother was on the look out for ghosts who take the form of cats
Y’all know ‘bout the town of Vrndavan
But when Gurudeva declared it for shallow thinkers
I fell as if from the top of a tree.
Y’all know ‘bout Mahaprabhu and his loving search for the lost members of his family
Y’all see the rose petals, marigolds making their leis
They follow which ever way they dance, swish or sway
Respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and meeting the gecko at the southland where the artist waves a smile. Then through the village to the opal cliff where the sufferers are changing. The point of the hook has a phalanx of cruisers crossing against the light. At the harbor the beasts area lined up like elephants each holding the tail before them in their trunks. The gecko and I take the quick right to the natasala. From there through Saint Dagwood’s park to the avenue of the street performer. The devotees are there performing too among the war protesters and the fiddlers. One of the devotees asks who’s down for the sandhya? I am I reply wow it’s going to be late he says. But to the surprise of the sandhya after the kalarupa chaufuerers me back we rock the cynic by being in time.
The night is warmer than last so Guru-Garuanga Gandharvika Giridhari go off deep within the far off jungle for dancing ‘till time for the mangala arati.

As the curtain opened everyone turned pirouettes
Seeing this orange and beige outfit
Everything fits so correct
The seamstress took the tailor's puzzle and made it all connect
Starting from the guptamarga some several deer observe my pedaling then they run to warn the on coming beasts by darting across the long and winding.
The construction crew is putting away their toys allowing me to pass without delay. The gecko meets me on the other side and is giggling to see all the fun I've had so far. We sprint over to the snob hill and through the village. Shaking up our usual route we go along the east cliff and watch the sufferers balanced on the biggest waves. We speed on through to the harbor. The sailors are on the bay and so we continue to the shop. At the corner we see the school where the kids have returned. The reviewing stand features a team on cruisers watching us “roadies” goes by. Ms Gault sneaks us through the triangle and we come to the redone road and stop to see the people on the court. Here the gecko takes his leave and I begin the sprint to the long and winding. The ratha-bhojana-vrksa sees me bow my head and the kalarupa escorts me to the sandhya.
Om paramahamsa thakura is here and so we begin the dressing while waiting for the evening offering. He wonders why I haven't put Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari in their beds. I explain to him that I've heard of people taking breakfast in bed but not dinner. We laugh and candan the magnificent asks what we're laughing at. I don't explain 'till after the class has gone away wishing to avoid an unpleasant scene. In the meantime I do invite Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Griridhari to take their rest and help them in to their beds decorated with transcendental aromatic flowers.

Let's go to the temple we can darsana together
We've got some tilak and our bead bags
And we bought a box of incense along with K.C. Dasa rasagullas and set out for the seva asrama
Arriving at the temple falling flat like a rod one devotee said this dress is red white and blue some else said the white is really silver
The leis are made from roses, petals and iris. While the devotees danced in kirtan the leis scattered and fell on the altar.
As we passed the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and the construction i heard the "ping" followed by a 'thump thump thump' "tell me it isn't a broken spoke" But it was and so the gecko and i went directly to the shop. Over the first highway keeping the field of the clank of the aluminum bat on our right we sped as fast as possible to the post office where a pace line was sprinting at top speed. We made it through the triangle and on to the shop. The wrench was glad to see us. He got it fixed up in short time and we cut the corner to the reviewing stand. Back to the dog wash the gecko led me to the harbor where the sail boats are out on the bay. Between the lakes a couple of couples are leisurely talking about anything that comes to their minds. We weave between them and on to the opal cliff. From there we pass the soccer pitch where a woman's team is practicing. The wharf road to the long and winding. Respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and the gecko turns about but the kalarupa says "there's no time for tricks now the sandhya is counting" We get there and the devotees have gathered together and as i blow the shank they begin grooving with their mrdganga and karatalas.
Meanwhile back in Marakata mana puri Vamsi dasa babaji rides on the horse of a different color you've heard spoken of all the while talking like a pirate. And in their hot pink and emerald green night dress Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari are going out to dance the night away.

september 15
I see at night without a torch
I hear the sounds of a parliament of owls
The constellations are quite clear and bright
Everything they say is right cause this is a full moon night.
Guru-Gauranga Gandharivka-Giridhari in their pink, silver and white with marigold leis a feast for our sense of sight
Visvarupa mohotsava come celebrate this full moon night
The ratha-bhojana-vrksa gets respect just before the construction crew calls a stop. I sprint out as fast as possible to meet the gecko and feed the bear again. Serious errand runners are what we meet today. They’re using all the tricks of the trade. Cheating the lights pedaling on the pavement or banisters X-game style. These guys know the shortest way around the city. The gecko and I keep up for some time and then we come to the harbor and take the right and pass the reviewing stand. Ms.Gault helps us avoid the triangle and cross between the lakes. The sufferers are beginning their bon fires now even with the sun still high enough to keep them warm. The soccer pitch has a game going on. The long and winding brings us to the rath-bhojana-vrksa where we bow our heads. Here the gecko turns to take his leave and I team up with the kalarupa to make the sandhya do a double take on his sundial.
Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari are remembering the portion of Bengal where the Ganges does not flow this evening and they call their night dress baby blue.

Sunday, September 14, 2008

Now in the vesa of a dui cakra rathi I watch them perform kirtan and I follow them back to the asrama where Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari are dressed in orange and brown.
Three offer the arati as one as they turned to the bhakta vrnda I could only hope they didn't know
Do the prabhus take opportunity to goof on you?
Are you really more honeycombed than they?
Do you worry that you've come back just a little late?
And you need a way to sneak upstairs
Take heart! We got exactly what you want
It will make your life sublime!
A kalarupa to hang around your neck so all can see you're in with time!
Wearing their leis of petals and roses who can resist the invitation to join Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari in their eternal service mode?
The gecko and I meet where the long and winding intersects the guptamarga. Spinning easily we pick up speed on the way to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa where we remember SGM's instruction to respect it. Going into the southland we make it back to the main road. Sprinting to the lion's park and beyond to the opal cliff. Sufferers are going out and joggers are making their rounds. At the point of the hook we take a left and overtake a cruiser or two. At the harbor the go light stays green and we cut the corner hardly slowing. There is a pace line on the bridge and we fall in behind. They're quick so we keep quiet so we can stay. Past a railroad bridge over Saint Dagwood's river and then onto the park that retains the name. Circling the trader another pace line goes through. We go on toward an ancient kingdom and begin to see the signs of a race from this wharf to the one in the village. The gecko says “Let's follow the route.” So we begin a sprint all along the west cliff and by the rail track. It goes between the lakes where beachcombers are having parties. It takes us to the east cliff now where another team is following. We stay behind as they come to the village. They continue to the finish line but we take the path by the soccer pitch and go to the wharf ridge to view the end. After that the gecko and I split up he to the shop and me on to the sandhya. The ratha-bhojana-vrksa is waiting for me to fold my palms and the kalarupa escorts me to the asrama.
In the ninth Guru Maharaja appeared. This dress was made for that celebration. The moon has come almost full tonight and so it's a night for a late dance under the stars.

Friday, September 12, 2008

The devotees are gathered on their “Saint Patrick's day”
Time for arati on “Saint Patrick's day” but the bells are quiet 'cause the arati is late by request.
Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari are wearing the purple color the priests wear at Easter time on “Saint Patrick's day”
“Saint Patrick's Easter comes fashionably late”
“Hey, Murka!, I've got ten dozen roses for the leis today!” the maker said today. So along with some stock and a dahlia or two in the center of each the leis followed their blue and fair forms toady and of course 'here at the asrama where the seva flows Mahaprabhu's lei comes all the way to his toes.'
A short sprint today pedaling past the ratha-bhojana-vrksa with folded palms over head the gecko and I take a right on the main road. Just before we get to the go light we make a 'u-turn' and head for the southland. Then we make the right back to the main road. The beasts are jammed up so we sneak by them on their right. Another right turn takes us through the lion's park where we connect to the wharf road. We go and feed the bear and then visit the orchard. Lastly we circle the navapatra. The opal cliff finds a few joggers out along with some casual pedalers mixed among the sufferers. Between the lakes the sufferers there are watching the fog roll in. The gecko takes his leave at the natasala and I pass in review by the cruiser king. Then I speed down the pedaler's ramp and come back to the main road one more time. I take the left to the long and winding. The ratha-bhojana-vrksa is there to observe my head bowed. The kalarupa says “follow me!” and pushes and pulls me to the sandhya. It's time for me to come blow the horn for everybody is in waiting for the ceremony to begin.
Deep within the far off jungle Guru-Gauranga Ganharvika Giridhari are dancing just before it's time for their rest. They lie down only for a moment then are off for more night pastimes.

Thursday, September 11, 2008

The devotees roll up to the seva asrama and come to present themselves before the lord
He’s dressed in a coat of one thousand peacock feathers each strand bejeweled with emeralds green
Mahaprabhu is in his bundi with pink, white and green sequins on the front with a green chodder draped over his shoulders
Gandharvika wears a pink sari with similar bejeweled peacock feathers on the jari trim.
The devotee prayed this image would cut deep not only in their brains but penetrate right to their soul.
Today Bhakta Blade showed just how sound is powerful by knocking Mahaprabhu's crown into His eyes just by cracking his knuckles.
The construction on the road was at a lull so the gecko and I quickly passed and bowed our heads to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and on to the southland. The lion’s park was full of school kids they had no idea we’re all school kids. Past the florist and on to the opal cliff where the sufferers are changing their wet suits for dry ones. We take the corner and go past a couple of cruisers and errand runners. The natasala has spent many a dark day and today is one more. We wind around to the cruiser kings reviewing stand and then to Saint Dagwood’s park. The leaping monque has leapt to where the people are dancing with the earth so we sprint to the sufferer thakura. He has a plastic lei today with a handful of real flowers at his feet. The cry of sea lions fills the air while speed along to Seymour’s museum. Since it’s closed we have to turn back. Next we circumambulate the spinner’s church and head to the where the mountain men are sharing their ramps and jumps with the skaters. Some competition is going on to see who can catch the most air. We sprint to the tretchorous triangle and through that we see the tennis park where only one player is hitting the ball against a green board. The toad road calls us to visit him. He’s wishing he could jump on his fixed gear. We pass the basketball park at speed and then sprint all the way to the wharf road. As we pedal down the main road I take my leave and fold my palms to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa.. Chasing the kalarupa I slide in under the tag of the sandhya.
It’s a miracle mom! Just by worshiping the Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Griridhari we’re minutely studying the Vedas and all their conclusions are revealed to us. And in the warm night with stars visible Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari dance all night.

Wednesday, September 10, 2008

Giridhari wears a jari mukut like in the days in Vrndavana
a jari mukut and star spangled cape
Take a peacock feather and place in his crown
cause the peacock taught him how to dance.
Leis of sumanas flowers "Giridhari's is too short" the maker said upon seeing it. "Oh well"
i meet the gecko at his shop today after offering respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa. We circle around Saint Dagwood's park. We take a left and see the leaping monque he's off to the dance of the earth celebration. On to the kutir of Bhakta Blade further to the shop with a collection of scents. From there we take off to the natural bridge. Several cruisers are out in that part of the west cliff. As we come away and get nearer the university the fixed gear militia escorts us to the edge of downtown and the end of their turf. As we pass the shop for the second time there i take leave and pass the house that taught choc-o-lot to talk-a-lot. At the harbor the sail boats are dotting the bay. The sufferers are putting their bon fires together. i get onto the wharf road. The long and winding comes up. The construction is making everyone wait, making everyone late. Still the kalarupa manages to get me there for the sandhya.
Bhakta Blade has returned and the lotus nails is the night dress. As he's placing Giridhari's mukut on His head the ring flies into the air as he catches it on the fly he giggles and says 'i can't be humble about this one. They try for an outside exhibition of their pastimes.

Tuesday, September 09, 2008

The dress is offered some years ago
Two of the apliques on Giridhari's crown are new today
Their jewelry is borrowed from the silk turban dress
And Gandharvika's sari is the blue that she chooses for her self
The leis are yellow petals and full roses along with purple daisy types and green leaves. "Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari will make them match perfectly" the maker told me after asking what color they would wear today.
Folded palms to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and to the southland. The gecko is at the top of the hill behind the florist. We descend to the opal cliff where the sufferers go. The pedalers we see today are out to run errands and we leave them far behind between the lakes. The shop is ready for closing as we pass and so the gecko takes his leave. i stop for a moment also to drop off my carrier for a tuning. i hop on the spare and go by the harbor where the boats are returning. i speed along the east cliff. Surprise there are few people out today so it's a smooth run to the point of the hook. The soccer pitch is having a practice today and a group of tandems are going in the opposite direction. But i have promises to keep and the sandhya is awaiting for me to keep the time in proper measure.
Markata mani puri is just beyond the altar but this evening a heavy fog has crept in and it appears that a gentle rain is falling. So again this evening Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari engage in their pastimes in secret behind a curtain of illusion.

September 8
The sakti of her affection
Immediately changes his complexion
from syama to sukala
especially on this her appearance day
While putting on the new mukuts
Seeing how much time it took
I had to beg, i had to plead and employ all my logic
Just to get them to stay in place so the curtain could be lifted
And each one who saw was struck with wonder at their splendor and of the sparkle of Gandharvika’s birthday chocker.
A double set of leis in celebration one of marigolds, roses and tuberoses and the other of roses, mums and petals
maikingA festival for the eyes and a chance for old toffee nose to run his green pen through each and every word.
The gecko met me at the bottom of the mailbox today and we offered respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa together. Along the main road beasts kept us in view. We crossed the bridge over the first highway and past the field of the clank of the aluminum bat. The whalers were also keeping watch over us and we waved as we passed. Going left at the house that taught choc-o-lot to talk-a-lot we came to ms Gault. She got us through the triangle and beyond to Saint Dagwood’s park. Circling the trader we returned to the cruiser king’s reviewing stand. I took my leave to get back to the long and winding as soon as possible. I bowed before the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and led the kalarupa to the asrama where the sandhya was waiting for the party to commence.
Bengal where the ganges doesn’t flow we’ll make it our home sweet home. That part is called the Radhadesa and tonight’s dress is called baby blue. There is a heavy fog around so Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari display their night pastimes inside to stay dry.

Sunday, September 07, 2008

Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari were offered an elegant outfit of deep forest green with silver and black trim
Yes, the arati started on time.
Remembering the appearance of Srimati Lalita Devi today Tulasi's caretaker got rhythm to chase the blues away. Their shoes were polished and that's a fact. A service at their feet that draws the mercy of Gurudeva for sure (I want y'all to tell old toffee nose that this is as complete a thought as he could ever imagine even though he's slashing it with his green pen)
Leis of rose petals and whole ones that face the kirtan short but light and symmetrical (the last two lines have been flagged by old toffee nose)
Being's as its Sunday there isn't any construction to dodge so after respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa I sprint on to catch up to the gecko. He's waiting at the base of snob hill today. We descend into the village and on to the opal cliff. I tell him the story of one senator who rides like one courageous cowboy. Is it possible to do that and remain in the rotunda? I ask the gecko. He responds, “You better believe it!” At the pelican point we spot a hotel where a family is beginning their day's pedaling. Several families are following suit. Some of them on tandems some hand in glove. On the way to the natalasala we over take some cruisers with suffering boards hooked up. At the turn to Saint Dagwood's park a pace line is giving us the eye. Since we're going in the opposite direction we try to keep a low profile. At the shop the gecko takes his leave and I speed to the long and winding via the soccer pitch where a match is in full swing. The wharf road empties winding and me on to the main one and then to the long. At the construction site one beast is expecting me to stop so it can pass me on the left but the kalarupa says “No” so I follow him on to the sandhya. The devotees are gathered for the ceremony to begin.
In their creamy white with red Chinese silk Guru-Gauranga-Gandharvika-Giridhari's dancing is as smooth as milk. It has the touch that kills all desires for enjoyment in the mundane world.

Saturday, September 06, 2008

In and around the kunda under direction of the highest section mandirs have been established there
In all the nine islands we'll hope that Mahaprabhu's lila will reveal itself
And coming to see Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari appear in outfit the color of the foam on ghee
Leis of roses and assorted garden flowers
Quickly quickly we must go so quickly. Bow to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and on to the main road. A neighbor waves coming from the stage coach. The gecko is waiting there and we sprint through the helicopter pad where the tramas are sent on to the more competent place. A family tries to dart across the road in front of us but holds up when they see the speed of the gecko. Around the corner and to the house that taught choc-o-lot to talk-a-lot where a customer is relishing his find. The harbor is empty and between the lakes the sufferers are arranging driftwood for a bon fire. The opal cliff is empty maybe it's too hot. The soccer pitch has the team practicing. Subject On to the toad road where I take my leave and make my way to the main road again. The ratha-bhojana-vrksa seems to sway as I bow my head this time. The kalarupa is there to pull me back to the sandhya, I shake his hand and blow the shank yes it's that time again.
Hot September night has Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari ready for their soft bed in their gold nightdress. They eagerly engage in their night pastimes.

Dandavat Mahaprabhu let us join in your sankirtana
Let us dance while ten thousand gandharvas sing your glories!
“Annnn” replied Mahaprabhu, “I have only one wing like you!
If I had two surely I would fly in the sky “
Hearing all this fun Gandharvika, the queen of the angels, smiled.
“Look! Gandharvika is smiling” one devotee said. “You've caught me dancing, for I'm as happy as a child”
Lies of roses and marigolds broke and fell to the ground during the dancing as this story is told. "I was picking in front of my house but couldn't see 'cause I put my head lamp in the wash. So then I went to another place. Soon I saw the lights go on and that frightened me away. I ran so fast my feet feel like they're asleep!" So sang today's lei maker this morning.
Pedaling past the construction zone with no delay I offer respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and find out the gecko in the southland. He takes the lead as usual to the lion's park and on to the florist where we descend to the opal cliff. Along the point of the hook the pink and zebra striped cruisers are in force but we manage to slip between them and sprint on between the lakes. A team is doing it's training and for a short time we're able to keep pace with the line. We break formation at the harbor and visit the leaping monque. We continue on to the top of the steep hill just before the university. The fixed gear crowd dominates here. That makes us feel as some kind of outcasts sneaking in where we don't belong. So we sprint along the thoroughfare to the path to the railroad bridge. The fog has crept in on it's tiny soft feet quietly enough that no one hears but the temperature drops and the sky gets dark. The gecko takes his leave at his shop. I continue past the dog wash and the pace line comes around me again. I keep up for some time until they veer off over Saint Dagwood's creek and disappear. I keep up the rate but have to make it to the asrama on time. The ratha-bhojana-vrksa gets my folded palms and the kalarupa is there to help me pursue the sandhya. I shake hands and blow the shank calling the faithful in for the ceremony that's about to begin.
The cool of the evening invites Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari deep within the far off jungle for their evening pastimes.
