This is Syama, Nila and Aruna and
we're LIVE at the arena of pure consciousness
Syama, Nila, and Aruna on the appearance
of Vamanadeva
Syama, NIla and Aruna singing about taking necessary steps
begging three steps, three steps Maharaja Bali
three steps and no more
when walks in Sukracarya looking for the king who
agreed to the three steps just as his whole family would do
tube roses, full roses leaves all make the leis
tube roses what a score!
Gecko and I start off on main street around the southland. Passing Mahamuni's post box on the way up the snob hill. Down into the village to get some lens cleaning equipment. Back to the apothecary for “some stuff” the highway comes along after the vaikalika. While speaking with friends Bhakta Blade sounds the alarm that an accident has him in and among the beasts for more than forty-five minutes. I take leave from Gecko and sprint back to the asrama only to find that Om Paramahamsa Thakura is free and on his way. I don't believe the messenger till I see him pull up on his pinto. Changing it up I hammer to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and beyond. Straight to the lion's park and the campa hatti hill. Passing under the first highway off to see the trader. Back to the bear and the wharf road keeping the pitch on the right. Back to the main street and the long and winding. Kalarupa and I go on up where a beast driver shouts “Get a light!” I don't answer as usual “Get a light” he repeats. I don't say anything. A couple of minutes later he comes facing the other way saying “You're going to get killed on this road if you don't get a light” Again I say nothing. I keep expecting him to return but he doesn't.
Bhakta Blade and I tell stories to each other all nigh long while he wonders about my sanity. The Deities are wearing their pralad-a-dad to take rest this evening
Coming in for darsana
angry at eyes that blink
a peacock feather curling around his eye
from his turban that is pink
he's all pervasive, he's everywhere
in every thought and heart
from the indra gopa
to the paramahamasa thakura
shut up kid the outfit from Guru Maharaja's birthday
shut up kid some thought it was for Gavardhana puja
shut up kid offered for Guru Maharaja's birthday
went down to the campa hatti to see the man who flowers for free
brought them back made the leis of dahlias, roses, tube roses and leaves
Hammering past the ratha-bhojana-vrksa fold palms on the way on the main street passing the clank of the aluminum bat field hearing the details of the whalers. The treacherous triangle lets me through after some messenger maneuvers. Gecko and I pedal through Saint Dagwood's park seeing a pair of couples out for the sheer joy. A mother pedals by with her two boys telling them to look at Gecko and i. up the beach hill on the way to the kutir of Bhakta Blade. Passing the natural bridges and the abhavana mauli back to Seymour's museum. Around to the entrance to town where the tour went through a few months back. Crossing the bridge overlooking the mountain men performing their tricks. Circling the trader and up to the corner where Gecko takes leave and I go left to the reviewing stand. The redone road leads to the tennis park which is on the right. Straight along to the famous campa hatti taking the right behind a few reluctant beasts over the first highway breaking into a sprint passing a single guy loaded for touring. There's another family pedaling for the first time. The beasts part just enough for another messenger maneuver to take me to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa. Bowing there the kalarupa chases me to the ceremony and celebration of the birthday of the great founder of the preaching in the western world sandhya and a couple of tiny deer greet me on my way to blow the shank calling everyone in as it all begins.
Oh deer dough has seen Krsna this evening and they are off dressed in that nightdress to dance under the stars with the moonlight reflected in their lotus toenails.
