During darsana of Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari today we want to hear the butterflies sing verses from the Bhagavad-gita prabhu and wonder when our eyes will be decorated with tears while we sing their holy names.
The weekend's heat has been so much that Mahaprabhu and Giridhari had to shed their velvet coats that they usually wear with this outfit in favor of vests.
More sumanas flower leis today. Arranged with care and hung 'round their necks in hope that they won't feel the weight there.
With all due respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa I take off in the round about way to the navapatra. Dashing down the main road a couple of roadies overtake and ask 'how you been?' They continue toward the whaler but I make the left to cross over the river. Then taking the right I sprint to the tennis park. Next tracing the way between the lakes I glance at the sunny cove which is empty now a strange feeling comes over me remembering the Saturday program there. Along the east cliff watching the sufferers riding the wave in to the beach where others are getting a bon fire ready.
“Let's go” the gecko says to me and we take off for the wharf. There we circle among the traffic and climb the hill over the railroad track. Taking the snob hill by surprise we return to the main road and then the long and winding. We offer respect to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa once again. Then the gecko turns to go and I continue to complete the vaikalika service.
Blue is the color for Tuesday. With so many shades to choose from this one is trimmed with white for Mahaprabhu and Gandharvika. Giridhari is reversed due his body's hue. In the world of names call this baby blue
