Brahma muhurta doesn’t last all morning
Madyakali won’t last all day
Gandharvika is good at arriving for service at the right time
In fact she’s there with bells on
Every one must serve one day
The mahat tattva can’t cover everything
Gurudeva can blow that cloud away
Even though mundane acquisition may up and leave you
Divine seva is here to stay
Gayatri is an inner circle
But the hari nama takes you all the way
Every one will serve, everyone will serve one day
The leis are of roses and petals
Short but fragrant and artistically done
Sumanas flowers get a resounding nay
Every one has chance to serve, every one has chance to serve one day
The sky looks to be brewing heavy weather so the gecko and I are quick to respect the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and then on to the main road crossing the bridge over the first highway fast as possible the stars are about to rise and we just gotta see them. Around the navapatra to the maple we chatter about the single gear freaks who have ventured down from the highland meadow. Rounding the trader and back to the main road I take leave at the shop and run through the triangle dodging cars and on to the harbor where the boats are trying to get back and tethered so the rain won’t take them out to sea. With the basketball park on the left and the soccer pitch on the right I hammer to the wharf road. The long and winding takes me back up in the dark. At the ratha-bhojana-vrksa I fold my palms and the kalarupa helps to guide me along the dark road. The sandhya is glad to see me and the kernel of divine love is waiting asking where have you been?
This night is warmer than last and as Guru-Gauranga Gandharvika-Giridhari slip into their krsna is a brahmacari nightdress their minds fill with thoughts of dancing under the moon light.
