At the stroke of midnight Srila Guru Maharaja appeared
He talks of the prime cause and dedication
His analogies are nothing short of sensation
They perfectly show what it is all about
At the stroke of midnight Srila Guru Maharaja appeared
Vrndavana is for shallow thinkers, his own Guru made him see
And when he did he fell as if from the top of tree
Then he found complete satisfaction with Mahaprabhu
At the stroke of midnight Srila Guru Maharaja appeared
Two of the leis of today are matching, Gandharvika's forming the heart and Giridhari's coming to his knee but Mahaprabhu's is a whole different thing a little wild, it's a free spirit it has petals and whole roses along with a mind of it's own, to be different from the rest it wanted to come out that way.
The gecko and I sprint to the ratha-bhojana-vrksa and bow our heads take the main street over the first highway and the campa hatti. The clank of the aluminum bat field around the hospital curve to the tennis park along the road to the natasala a film of fishing for flies and we round the corner to the reviewing stand to the triangle where once again we take leave. I sprint to the peddler's ramp and say hey to the bear on to the wharf road to the post box of Mahamuni. Around to the campa hatti to the main street and the long and winding the ratha-bhojana-vrksa is welcoming me and the kalarupa hurries m e along to the sandhya
The nights are getting warmer and tonight deep within the far off jungle is the night dress. They still like to stay up too late.
