"This garland is for Mahaprabhu. Wow it's so long, I think it might be for Gandharivka. I think Gandharvika stole it." The garland maker told me that today as she brought the garland to the altar. "Now I think Mahaprabhu might be mad at me. Is he?" she asked "No" i replied. "It's for Gandharvika and she stole it because she's the most beautiful" That's how the garlands were decided today. "This one for Mahaprabhu is just as beautiful. Now he's smiling." She said i put the garland on him and she said "It's the perfect length" i showed her that the garland did come just to his knees. Superstar.
The cars pushed this pedaler from the hospital to the shopper's corner instead of going left by the surf shop and florist. i went round the corner to past the computer shop and the Chinese restaurant back to the fruit market and back around to the opal cliff in a pack of trainers and then up around the windmill with the geese at the twin lakes and back for the kirtan.
It's a miracle mom. Tonight is the blue moon inviting the Deities out for a dance under that rare moon. An extra special night to enjoy their pastimes.
The vase maker handed me the vases and so i had to ask which was the front. "See? That peacock goes in back" she told me indicating the palm leaves in the back of the vase. As i adjusted a couple of flowers that she told me too, all the folks were wowed out by her artistry.
