A gardenia by any other name would smell!
Bringing to a close the garlands of gardenias some are a little brown around the edges but the fragrance is still causing the folks who come to be seen to chant, dance and lose material conception. One side of Mahaprabhu’s chodder isn’t complete, not to despair it’s hardly visible even while standing right there. One day one side and next day the other absorbed in the beauty of the Deities, it’s gone unreported. Gladiolas and dahlias along with smaller lilies have offered an assist today
Today one of our folks told me that the pedalers who wear helmets are treated with less caution by the drivers than those who don't. It had to be that the helmet represents some level of ability or some such. Next thing i saw was one of our folks pedaling along at high speed without. hmmmm. Isn't that why the kernel of divine love is in the hospital? Ahhh, that folk did offer me to pedal his rig today. It's an inch or two too big for me. i pedaled in the parking lot and for a moment my mind said "You can do this" but then my older and wiser self said "NO! This is way too big" that self won. So i went on to visit the gecko and see that the carpet covered cruiser kings weren't out today. After all that i was surprised how many peddlers were without helmets today. The trainers all had them but the ordinary ones were the ones who had the "devil may care" attitude. i went on past the whalers and made the right to the bridge over troubled water and then along by the house that used to be a peddler's shop. By the time i got to the soccer pitch not only was there a soccer match going on but also there were baseballers and tennis players. i saw the last out in the baseball game and went on down past the library and the new section of that road to the old asrama road back for the paramanna and evening sing along.
The lion's club finds Gandharvika and Giridhari in velvet that must be a little warm for these summer nights. Mahaprabhu's pink and white is much lighter and suitable for this time of year. But i didn't hear any complaints and they wear it all year round.
