"When did they get this outfit?" Some one asked me today. "Today" i said. "Really?" i had to laugh since they got it last year for Guru Maharaja's appearance day. Then they understood. "Why did I use that color there and not over here?" The seamstress asked. "Well it looks different after you see it on them" i said. One of the folks had a lot of saris that they gave to the Deities and so the seamstress combine all the pinks and purples for this one. Since it comes from Guru maharaja's appearance i took the first line of his auto part of his biography and added a little at the end.
"I was born at midnight. When I heard that Vrndavana is for shallow thinkers, I fell head over heels for Mahaprabhu"
Around the opal cliffs, between the twin lakes hearing the people partying on the beach past the public radio over the bridge round by the motorcycle shop and back to wake the Deities. Then back as quickly as i could to the bike shop to dop it off for it's three month tune up tomorrow. On the way back for the evening arati, i saw another pedaler also headed for the arati, Gaura Prema, i shouted he looked around and grined from ear to ear, thew up his hands and answered "Gaura Hari bol!"
The apprentice was here this evening. He was going to get Mahaprabhu's dhoti and then spilt the pancapatra on it. We had to wait fiftten minutes for it to dry. This O deer doe dress is a kind of silk that dries quickly enough we could dress the other Deities while we waited for Mahaprabhu's to dry. in the end this silvery dress went on fine.
